The Citizens Division/Shiminka Residence-related Counter (Counter No. 10) provides foreign citizens with information necessary for their daily lives, assists with administrative procedures, and provides life consultations in multiple languages.
Supported languages
English / Portuguese / Spanish / Vietnamese / Japanese
Other languages will be supported through an interpreter machine, and tablet remote interpreter.
