Evacuation advisories are unified into Evacuation Order (from May 20, 2021)

Due to the revision of the Disaster Countermeasures Basic Law, the evacuation information issued by the city in the event of heavy rain, typhoon, etc. from May 20, 2021has been changed as follows.

・The conventional alert level 4 "Evacuation Advisory / Evacuation Order" has been unified into alert level 4 "Evacuation Order". When an "Evacuation Order" is issued, there is a high risk of disaster. Be sure to evacuate from a dangerous place.

・The conventional alert level 3 "Preparation for Evacuation / Start of Evacuation for the Elderly" has been changed to alert level 3 "Evacuation for the Elderly, etc." When "Evacuation of the Elderly, etc." is announced, there is a risk of disaster. If you think it will take time to evacuate, such as the elderly, people with disabilities, families with infants, and pregnant women, start evacuation. Also, make sure to prepare for evacuation and voluntarily evacuate, such as refraining from going out as necessary for non-elderly people.
