Nagahama City Mail Delivery Service
We manage the Messaging Service in English with the aim of quickly passing information to the foreign residents in Nagahama city.
We provide information related to disaster prevention in case of calamities (earthquakes, typhoons, floods, heavy snow alert, etc.) and related to everyday life (registration period for municipal housing, Japanese courses, events, etc.).
How to register
If you have configured your mobile phone to prevent spam, please make the following two settings before registering.
1. Allow receiving emails from the "city.nagahama.lg.jp" domain
2.Allow receiving emails with URLs
1 Send a blank email
Please send a blank email (no subject or body) to [email protected].
2.Receive reply mail
When you send a blank e-mail, you will immediately receive an e-mail titled "Notice of Completion of Provisional Registration"「仮登録完了のお知らせ」.
Select the URL described in the email to access the registration screen「登録画面」.
4 Receive the official registration completion email
Your registration is complete when you receive the "Registration Completion Notification"「本登録完了のお知らせ」email.
