Payment of Housing Security Benefit
The rent equivalent amount will be paid to those who may lose their housing or who have lost their housing because of difficulty in paying rent due to unemployment, etc., as support for working toward finding a job.
Please contact us as there are certain requirements regarding who can receive the benefit, the amount of the benefit, and the benefit period.
We will provide the Housing Security Benefit equivalent to the rent for up to 9 months.
(In principle, payment is for 3 months, and application for extension/re-extension is required.)
Transfer directly from the city hall to the lender.
Persons who have lost their housing or who may lose their housing and fall under any of the following.
• Persons within 2 years after leaving a job or closing business.
• Persons who are in a situation similar to that of leaving a job or closing a business due to a decrease in salary, etc. due to without their own blame, or own reasons.
