We support new employees in long-term care work 介護職に新たに就職する人への支援

In order to secure and retain welfare / long-term care personnel, we will support people who newly get a job at a welfare office in Nagahama city as a long-term care staff and continue to work for 3 months or more. All of the subjects are people who live in the city, have no unpaid city taxes, and meet all the subsidy requirements.

 [Subsidy target / requirements]

Persons who change jobs from outside the long-term care and welfare industry to long-term care (employment within one year from the departure of the previous job, working 20 hours or more per week, etc.)

Person who is 65 years old or older and is the first to get a job as a long-term care staff or a long-term care assistant (working 15 hours or more a week, etc.)
