The Regional Comprehensive Support Center is a general consultation counter for health, welfare, and long-term care for the elderly. Public health nurses, social workers, and senior long-term care support specialists are assigned to support the elderly so that they can live with peace of mind in their familiar surroundings. If you have any concerns about living at home, please feel free to contact us.

In response to various consultations from the elderly, their families, and people in the community, we provide comprehensive support, such as connecting them to appropriate services using not only long-term care insurance but also various systems and local resources.

When necessary, we will visit your home and listen to your concern.

We will protect the human rights and property of the elderly. We will support the prevention and response of elderly abuse, the prevention of consumer damage caused by malicious door-to-door sales, etc., and the utilization of the adult guardianship system.

We will create a care prevention plan to prevent care for those who are certified as needing support 1 or 2 levels and those who are eligible for comprehensive business. In addition, we may entrust to in-home care support office (office of care manager).

In order for the elderly to continue to live their lives with peace of mind in their familiar surroundings, we will work with related organizations such as nursing care, medical care, and welfare to create a comfortable community.
