Reservations for procedures related to My Number Cards at the extended service counter (every Thursday) 延長窓口（毎週木曜日）のマイナンバーカードに関する手続きの予約について

To reduce waiting times and congestion at the counter, we are accepting reservations via the internet or telephone for procedures related to My Number cards at the extended counter (every Thursday).

The extended counter is particularly busy with people wishing to renew their My Number cards and electronic certificates, so we ask for your cooperation in making a reservation.

From around autumn 2025, we plan to require reservations for all procedures related to My Number cards at the extended counter.

As part of our efforts to improve our services, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Details such as dates will be announced on our website as soon as they are decided.
