Shiminka/Citizens Affairs Division has an "extended counter" open every Thursday from 4;45pm to 7pm, where we accept applications for the issuance of various certificates and procedures related to My Number cards.

Currently, the number of My Number card procedures is increasing. To ensure a smooth process, from October 2025, all My Number card-related procedures at the extended counter will be by appointment only.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to reduce waiting times and alleviate congestion.

※Those without an appointment may not be able to apply on the day, so please make sure to make an appointment in advance before visiting the office.
